SECTION 1 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

Because of the nature of my small business and for sanitary reasons, I cannot accept returns. However, I do offer a 1 year warranty. If something happens to your earrings due to a design flaw within 1 year of purchase, I will gladly replace your earrings. I reserve the right to decide whether or not damage to an earring is considered the result of a design flaw. While strict quality control standards are in place at The Crafted Makerie, please keep in mind that these earrings are all made by hand and will show slight variations from the product photos and minor imperfections. By purchasing these earrings, you understand that you are purchasing items that are perfectly imperfect which is what makes them extra unique and special.
All of The Crafted Makerie earrings are made with either nickel free pure titanium posts, or 24K Gold plated brass hoops, or 18K Gold plated brass hooks/studs. The specific types of post or hoop is indicated in the description of each product. I am not responsible for skin reactions to the hardware of the earrings. It is the customers responsibility to read the description of each earring before purchasing.

Avoid carrying your earrings in your purse, gym bag, suitcase, etc. unprotected. This may cause your earrings to be smashed and bend the earrings posts, jump rings, or brass findings. I suggest storing them in a hard jewelry case before placing them in a bag where they could be tossed around.
I will not replace pieces that are damaged from mishandling. This includes intentionally bending or twisting the pieces, not storing items properly, and improperly cleaning them.
My current processing times for all retail orders is 3-5 business days. This does not include transit time.
Once the package is in the possession of the USPS, I have no control over shipping times or delays.The USPS can experiece severe shipping delays, especially during normally busy seasons. I am not responsible for items damaged in shipping. If your package arrives damaged, please contact USPS to open a claim. I am not responsible for packages lost by USPS or UPS.
If you package does not arrive, please email me at hello@thecraftedmakerie.com and I will do my best to help you file a claim. Please note that claims cannot be filed on packages shipped via First Class Mail with USPS because they are not insured. For this reason, I recommend selecting Priority Shipping to cover your package with insurance through the USPS.
