Because of the nature of my small business and for health and safety reasons, all sales are final. I cannot accept returns. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please email me at info@thecraftedmakerie within 7 days of receiving your order.
I do offer a 1 year warranty on all earrings. If something happens to your earrings due to a design flaw within 1 year of purchase, I will gladly replace your earrings or provide a refund. Proof of purchase is required. I reserve the right to determine whether or not damage to an earring is considered the result of a design flaw.
I will not replace pieces that are damaged from mishandling. This includes intentionally bending or twisting the pieces, not storing items properly, and improperly cleaning them. You can find instructions on how to care for your pieces in the "How do I care for my earrings?" section of this page.
