My current processing times for all retail orders is 3-5 business days. This does not include transit time once your order is shipped. Once the package is in the possession of the USPS or UPS, I have no control over shipping times or delays. The USPS and UPS can experience severe shipping delays, especially during normally busy seasons. I am not responsible for items damaged in shipping. If your package arrives damaged, please contact USPS or UPS to open a claim. I am not responsible for packages lost by USPS or UPS. If you package does not arrive, please email me at hello@thecraftedmakerie.com and I will do my best to help you file a claim. Please note that claims cannot be filed on packages shipped via First Class Mail with USPS because they are not insured. I recommend selecting Priority Shipping to cover your package with insurance through the USPS.
Regarding order changes. By agreeing to the terms and conditions at checkout, the customer agrees to pay a $5.00 order change fee if the wrong address is entered or the wrong shipping method is chosen at checkout. Due to the amount of orders each launch, entering the wrong information without double checking will result in orders being delayed and employee time spent adjusting and editing orders. The $5.00 order change fee will added to the order in addition to applicable shipping costs. The customer is responsible for paying the order change fee and any applicable shipping before their order can be fulfilled. The $5.00 order change fee will be applied to the subtotal.
